Before It's Too Late

Finally, they said to each other, “This is not right. This is a day of good news, and we aren’t sharing it with anyone!" ~ 2 Kings 7:9 (NLT)

Imagine the person you love most in the world being diagnosed with malignant osteosarcoma—bone cancer. For nearly four years, that loved one suffers miserably, finally succumbing to this painful and dreaded disease.

Six months later, you pick up a magazine in the grocery store. In that magazine is an article detailing the life of a research scientist that recently passed away. In his study was found the cure to multiple forms of cancer—including osteosarcoma. Incredibly, this scientist told no one of the cure he had discovered.

If this scenario was true, what would you think of this scientist? Before you answer, consider this. If you have been silent about the Good News of Christ’s cure for sin, then you would be just as guilty as the scientist. The truth is that millions are suffering in the misery of sin, and you have the cure.

Who are you sharing it with?
