Why Does God Make it Hard Sometimes?

The Bible is clear that God will never give us more than we can handle.
However, the Bible is also equally clear that the Lord will allow circumstances which are beyond our control so that we will seek Him, His strength, and His guidance.
God has many great things to teach us through the trials, difficulties, and struggles of life.
Through these times, He is able to show us how our natural props are useless. He reveals Himself as the only true source of strength. He opens our eyes to our weaknesses and strips away our pride, so that through humility we may give up on self-reliance and become distinctly God-reliant.
If you are going through a difficult time right now, remember you are not in control. God is. Allow Him to work in and through you during this time.
When you come out the other side, you will be amazed at what the Lord has done!
